Returns & Exchanges

At Ready-Made, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
